Our Leadership Team

Chris joined the Livingstone Group as CEO in January 2021. He has extensive experience in leading technology and service organisations, and a strong track record of delivering value for customers and shareholders often in challenging environments.  Chris has previously worked in both Private Equity and start-up environments in companies including Accenture, Quantum Retail, SmartFocus and Retek.

Nick joined Livingstone as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, now reporting into our group CEO. Working closely with our global leadership team and The Carlyle Group, Nick is responsible for the group’s finance function.

Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and held a number of senior finance positions in the technology sector prior to joining Livingstone, including CFO of Bell Microproducts Europe, Finance Director for UK and Ireland at Avnet Technology Solutions and Head of Finance at Northamber plc.

Giovanni Savastano joined Livingstone Group in June 2021 as Chief Operating Officer.  His background is scaling & turnaround, working with the technology, product, operation, and services in organizations covering a multitude of industries including telco, finance, consultancy, and retail.  He has worked with various Private Equity firms to maximise their investments.

Giovanni has joined Livingstone Group to oversee the operations for delivery and client services.  He is responsible for the end-to-end journey for Livingstone clients from the sales process right through to project completion.  Giovanni is focussed on harmonizing the different departments and investing in the technology assets and intellectual property to increase the company value.

Simon is a founder of Livingstone Technologies. He currently sits on the Executive Leadership Team as Head of Pre-Sales. Simon is responsible for the development roadmap of our client portal Livingstone Hub

He has over 15 years’ experience of the Software Asset Management and Cloud markets, working closely with our growing customer base to help them take control of their software and cloud cost. Simon helps to eliminate unacceptable spend and enforce tight governance standards that keep them compliant, agile and secure.
