Siwel Consulting Inc. Acquired

Livingstone completed the acquisition of the SAM business assets of New York based Siwel Consulting Inc. in 2019. Under the terms of the deal, Siwel’s SAM services staff and customers have transferred to Livingstone Group, with the New York base of operations complementing Livingstone’s existing presence in the North American market and becoming our regional headquarters.

Derive Logic Acquired

Derive Logic was founded in 2011 and was acquired by the Livingstone Group in 2019. A leading provider of SAM and ITAM services, Derive Logic built a reputation as being the foremost independent ITAM consultancy based in the UK, providing professional and managed services to its channel partners and their clients.

Cloud Optics Acquired

Cloud Optics based in London delivers a range of Software License Consulting and Managed Services across Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP and Salesforce. Using a unique underpinning methodology, it advises, develops and implements solutions that improve and optimize client’s software license position from a contractual and commercial perspective. Its solutions drive measurable and tangible results for its clients, whilst always meeting responsibly their short and long-term technology requirements.
